New Registrations Need Approval of an Admin

Post by Physiocrat » Sat Oct 13, 2018 6:01 am

To combat the spam influx new accounts need to be activated by a mod. Whilst not ideal it is the only practical way to prevent massive spamming. I have setup the boards anti-spam measures but they aren't working. There's over 100 spam registrations a day.

So if want to register please be patient and await an admin to activate your account.

as far as i can tell the last 6 pages of people are all bots, didn't want to do a mass delete on that level though without a second opinion
I have come to feel strongly that the greatest service I can still render to my fellow men would be that I could make the speakers and writers among them thoroughly ashamed ever again to employ the term 'social justice'.

I tend not to delete any of them, I just activate the accounts I'm not 100% are bots. I tend to activate a few that I'm not 100% sure are bots.
